Official Rules & Disclaimer – Good Greek Tampa Bay Lightning Ticket Giveaway

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Good Greek Moving & Storage, their immediate family members, and anyone residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period

The giveaway begins on March 10th, 2026 and ends on April 6th, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete and submit the official sign-up form made available by Good Greek Moving & Storage during the entry period. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive four (4) tickets to the Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Detroit Red Wings game. The exact date, time, and location of the game will be specified on the tickets. The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize will be disclosed at the time of ticket selection.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on April 7th, 2026. The winner will be contacted via the email address and/or phone number provided during sign-up. If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

General Conditions

· Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

· Good Greek Moving & Storage reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

· By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Good Greek Moving & Storage, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

Taxes and Other Expenses

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. Good Greek Moving & Storage is not responsible for taxes, parking fees, transportation, lodging, or any incidental expenses incurred in connection with attendance at the game.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Good Greek Moving & Storage to use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

Good Greek Moving & Storage is not responsible for:

· Late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

· Technical malfunctions, failures, or delays in entry submission.

· Event cancellation or any acts beyond the company’s reasonable control.

Privacy

Personal information collected for the purpose of this giveaway will only be used to administer the promotion and in accordance with Good Greek Moving & Storage’s privacy policy.

Laws

This giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Palm Beach County, FL. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant expressly and irrevocably waives any right to a trial by jury in any such legal proceeding. This giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The National Hockey League, its member professional hockey clubs (including the Tampa Bay Lightning), and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NHL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the giveaway or any prize awarded. The NHL Entities have not offered or sponsored the giveaway in any way.
